Bilingual Entry Level Customer Relations Coordinator at Weichert Companies, Morris Plains, NJ
We are currently searching for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Relations Coordinator to join the fast-paced team at our corporate headquarters located in Morris Plains, NJ. You must be an enthusiastic, driven individual who is looking to work hard, develop your professional skill set, and gain valuable experience in the business world.
This position offers on-the-job training to help new employees become acclimated quickly and ensure success within their new role.
**Our department is open from 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week. You must be willing to work a flexible schedule that will likely include some nights and/or weekends.**
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer a heavy volume of inbound calls from potential customers interested in buying or selling a home
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service
- Identify and respond to any cross selling opportunities for financial or relocation related services
- Build a relationship with both customers and sales associates in the field
- Utilize the company database to enter and track all customer interaction
- Respond to web based inquiries from potential customers in a professional and timely manner
Candidate Criteria:
- Biligual in English and Spanish is required
- 4 year college degree preferred
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to multi task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Desire to gain new skills that will provide opportunities for future advancement
