Outside Sales Account Representative at TRC Staffing Services, Washington, DC

Growing national company is looking for enthusiastic sales driven outside sales account representatives who will work from home and be independent contractors.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales Reps will be required to conduct outbound phone sales calls to businesses selling advertising space. Training and leads are provided by the company, agents who stay with the company and build their book of business can earn residual commissions from customers who renew their advertising at the end of their contract. The work week is flexible however successful candidates will be expected to make at least 75 calls per day and complete a weekly sales quota after their training period. Commissions for completed (paid in full) sales are processed weekly and paid via direct deposit to agents bank account.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Unlimited Long Distance with in home phone service
- Computer with Internet
- Skype Access
- Ability to make minimum of 200 calls per week
- Quiet work environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- 6 months proven sales experience
- Enthusiastic and sales driven
